My skin feels hydrated, plump and soft. With so many varieties of marine collagen and collagen on the market I honestly initially had low expectations with this product however those expectations are now well exceeded and I refuse to use anything else. So many of my friends have said how great my skin looks. As a busy mum of three it's nice to feel good in my own skin.

I love this product. I took it for about 4 months and then went off it for 1 month to see what would happen. I found that my skin was not as plump on my face as it had been so I started again immediately. The changes are always so subtle, however, I can certainly see the difference. I believe this product is so worthwhile, I love it and I am sure you can see the difference from my previous photo.. BTW I cannot attach the photo so I sent in an email.

I’m just finishing my first bag I take it one teaspoon at breakie and one at dinner and can say I’ve been recovering from cervical spinal fusion surgery and it has made it speed up not long after taking it I found it easier to wake up and more energy my skin is looking and feeling better all in all I’m sold oh and it really is flavourless!
