There’s a number of things I’ve noticed that have improved. My joints feel more flexible i.e. I wake up and can get out of bed with a spring in my step, my stomach doesn’t have anymore niggly feelings, I have more energy, friends have said I look well. Since the lockdown due to COVID I had to remove the SNS I have been getting on my nails for as long as I can remember. I knew my natural nails underneath were going to be extremely weak so wanted to try out this product to help rejuvenate them. I have been mixing it every morning with apple cider vinegar and warm water and its become a part of my morning ritual. The taste is really neutral and it dissolves really easily. My nails are looking stronger but the main benefits I have seen have been in my skin! No breakouts, it's looking smoother and healthier and is nowhere near as dry as it usually is. Certainly no 20 something influencer here people. I’m a 50 year old woman with stage 4 cancer, undoing continuous weekly chemo, so this is a completely honest product review.
I had seen this advertised and fluffed around trying to make a decision to order. ( let’s just say I’ve brought some miracle cures in the past that never amounted to anything). I finally relented and what a fantastic decision!. I have not looked back once.
This stuff really helps! My skin texture is softer and more dewy and the lines ( oh there be lines) are less noticeable. The bigger lines around my mouth clearly still there so give me another 4 weeks and I’ll update.. I only used 2 teaspoons a day in my smoothie for 2 1/2 weeks and can’t wait to see after a good 4-6 weeks solid use. It’s tastless so mixes well into things. Honestly I can not recommend this product enough and have just placed my 2 Nd order. THIS REALLY DOES WORK!!

Certainly no 20 something influencer here people. I’m a 50 year old woman with stage 4 cancer, undoing continuous weekly chemo, so this is a completely honest product review.
I had seen this advertised and fluffed around trying to make a decision to order. ( let’s just say I’ve brought some miracle cures in the past that never amounted to anything). I finally relented and what a fantastic decision!. I have not looked back once.
This stuff really helps! My skin texture is softer and more dewy and the lines ( oh there be lines) are less noticeable. The bigger lines around my mouth clearly still there so give me another 4 weeks and I’ll update.. I only used 2 teaspoons a day in my smoothie for 2 1/2 weeks and can’t wait to see after a good 4-6 weeks solid use. It’s tastless so mixes well into things. Honestly I can not recommend this product enough and have just placed my 2 Nd order. THIS REALLY DOES WORK!!

Love the powder, it’s easy to use (I like to put it in my breakfast porridge), works well (my nails are stronger & growing!), however I don’t like the fishy smell (it tastes a little bit fishy but isn’t too bad when mixed into porridge or a smoothie).
