We have tomorrows breakfast sorted! This overnight oat recipe is a go to for a delicious, convenient breakfast and to make sure you are getting your daily serving of Puresque Marine Collagen. Make this recipe at night and it will be ready for you to grab and go by the next morning.
3 Gala apples
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons Puresque Marine Collagen
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats (use gluten free oats for a gluten free option)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional but highly recommended)
Grate apples into a large mixing bowl.
Add oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup and marine collagen and stir until all mixed together.
Add almond milk and stir well until combined.
Add peanut butter and stir into mixture. It may clump a little but thats the best part!
Divide mixture into three jars or small containers for an on the go option. You can also keep mixture in the same bowl to served up the next day.
Place in the fridge and your oats will be ready to eat by the morning.
