Collagen Cocoa smoothie

This collagen cocoa smoothie has a rich creamy texture that tastes like it should be bad for you but in actual fact is filled with nutrients including healthy fats and collagen protein to nourish your skin and keep you feeling satisfied for hours. 

 

Ingredients

1/2 a ripe avocado 

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder 

1 tablespoon Puresque Marine Collagen

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender 

Blend on high speed until everything is combined

Serve on it's own or if you are feeling extra fancy sprinkle with crunchy cocoa nibs or shaved dark chocolate.
